Bigen Group, being one of the most respected consulting companies in South Africa, wanted to tighten up their visitor process which prior to Kenai didn’t consist of any data capture of their visitors.

Bigen trialed Kenai for a month, and were particularly impressed with ease of installation, fast support responses to their queries, as well as the impression the system created on their visitors.

Bigen has permanently installed Kenai at both their Pretoria and Cape Town offices to keep consistency in their brand feel across their two largest locations.

Their building security team is also much happier, having an easy-to access record of all visitors who enter the building during the day.
